In light of a recent review to assess our range of services, we are pleased to inform you that UKguests is extending its portfolio by offering a more independent type of accommodation for students/visitors who are self-sufficient. UK Guests now offers Flat-shares and Residence.
Flat-Shares / Self Contained Studios
Here at UKguests we are 100% focused on providing first class accommodation to our International Students/visitors. We have teamed up with some of London's leading Landlords and we now offer a range Self-contained Studios and Flat-shares in areas such Belsize Park, Finchley Road, Barons Court and rooms in East London perfect for both long and short stays occupancy.
All Studios are fully furnished and fitted with modern appliances, kitchenette and private bathroom. Flat-shares are fully furnished to a basic standard with a shared kitchen and bathroom.
All studios and flat-shares are within 15-45 minutes of Central London via buses, underground (tube) and trains. All rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Subject to availability we also offer halls of residence in zone 2 across London at affordable prices. A minimum of 4 weeks booking is required.
Prices
All bookings comes with accommodation finding fee of £49
- Self-Contained Studio (inclusive of bills)
- Standard Double Studio (suitable for a couple) - £330 per week
- Twin Studio - (good for friends) - £370 per week
- Basic Flat-share (inclusive of bills)
- Single - £175 per person per week
- Twin - £120 per person per week
